Emma's Baby Quilt

Yay! I finished Emma's quilt today. I'm so relieved to have that done, although I did enjoy myself while sewing it. Well, I enjoyed most of it! I picked a real easy pattern since I knew I would be making it kind of quick, so it went together easily. (PS- see the feet??)
The back of the quilt is a toile, of nursery rhymes. I love that fabric- so cute and girly!
A close up view of the blocks. Anna and I chose all bright colors for the quilt and I wasn't sure how they would look together. There were some that never made it into the quilt, but I think the ones we used work well together.
I am by no means an expert quilter, and if you look close enough, you will see that easily. But I have a feeling that Miss Emma Grace will not care one bit! I'm getting anxious to hold her and to wrap her in her quilt!
As Sam would say, 3 more sleeps till she gets here. When I was telling Benjamin good night tonight, he said night night baby Emma Grapes. So cute! I wonder what he will think on Tuesday when he realizes there really was a baby in mommy's belly?
