Monday

Today was a weird sort of day around here. Sam and Ben both have bad colds and are very congested. Sam was just plain miserable today and spent most of the day laying on the couch. Because he was sick, he enjoyed watching some videos on the computer, a rare treat for him. However, he was still miserable all day long. Benjamin is very congested and just not himself. He wanted to be held more than ususal. He is fascinated with Trigger and smiles and talks to him whenever he sees him. Paul took him out this morning and let him pet him. Trigger's not so sure about Ben. :)
Paul and Anna went hunting this afternoon. It was the first rifle hunt of the season, so there was great excitement and anticipation. However, they never even saw a deer. But they were excited! We took a picture of their redneck "dryer"- their orange vests did not have a chance to dry so they hung them off the mirrors on the truck.

Don't I have a handsome husband?

Anna's getting very tall and in these pictures I think she looks alot like her dad.

I'm sorry Sam and Ben are sick. It's that time of year. We have all had it. I hope they feel better soon! Love the pic of Ben in the camo hat.

Love,
Kelly

Sorry boys are feeling down. Praying they will be their usual healthy happy selves soon. Anna looks even more like her Auntie Sherry but yes her Dad is strong in her looks too and he is very handsome. You are a beauty too Elizabeth and Ellie looks so much like you. Love Nana Dziadul

Well, you should send the boys here with their Grandpa and they can all relate to each other. He has been sick and not himself...maybe a "little whiney sp?) Any way, how tall Anna looks. Miss you all.
Love, MOm

I think some of the best conversations I've had with my kids about God have been while sitting in the woods hunting.(especially with my 10yr old daughter) I think its great that Paul spends time one-on-one with each of the kids. You have been blessed with a great family - thank you for sharing with us.
