Monday

I had sort of a lazy day today! I think I was tired out from all the housework we did the end of last week and I took two naps today! The house was unusually quiet this afternoon and I took advantage of it!

I finally got to start my baby quilt.

Sometimes it seems starting is the hardest part.

I ironed all the fabric (which took a LONG time- my least favorite part), cut out all the strips and sewed them together. I rather enjoyed it.


Tonight Ellie made some delicious peanut butter cookies. It was her first time to make something all by herself and she did great! The recipe only called for three ingredients (pb, sugar and an egg) and everybody loved them.
