I had the privilege of visiting with her about 18 months ago at her house. My sister, Grandma and I sat around the table talking. Grandma had us laughing at her stories and my sister and I hung on every word. We didn't know it would be the last time we would see her. I will always treasure that visit.
Please pray for my Grandpa. They were married almost 68 years, and he is feeling the great loss tonight.
Psalm 116:15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.

Precious indeed. Our music pastor e-mailed me and said "How wonderful to die in the Lord". Thank you for this post. I am looking forward to seeing all the family gathering to honor grandma. Thanks for shouting out to me and letting me know you are there. I'm glad to have found your blog!
