Sam's letter of the week this week was "L" for leaf. One day, the boys and I made pictures of trees with colorful leaves falling down. The leaves were made by their thumbs dipped in paint.

They loved it.

When I sit down to do school with Sam, Ben is right there with us. He insists on being included in everything.

Which is fine. It keeps him busy and out of trouble.

And he loves it!

And this child never lets me forget to do school with him and doesn't understand why we can't do it even on Saturday and Sunday.

I hope he's always like that.
(Alright, I know he won't be, but I can hope, can't I?)
